Carers Services: our terms & conditions
Concerning our terms and conditions for the Care services listed via
our website.
Each Carer associated with us is an
autonomous business whilst also being a member of our national network. They are expected to operate
within strict guidelines designed to protect you the care service user,
they are expected to adhere to a code of
best practice covering all areas of caring. Our function where you the
service-user are
concerned is that of a facilitator. In essence, we match needs to resources.
Contractually your arrangement is
with the Care provider whose services you use. Responsibility
and/or liability remains with them. However, should there ever be cause for complaint we offer a
full arbitration service.
